This project is located in Calistoga California.  It features a 4 car garage/shop on a 30' X 50' concrete slab.  The S.I.P.'s that were used in this project are 4' X 8'X 4-1/2"  insulated walls and 4' X 18'X 8-1/2" insulated roof panels.

Total time to frame:

6 days for complete walls and roof.

5 days for siding, trim and skylight additions.

This Craftsman style covered walk is on the same property as the SIP project above.
